These Terms & Services govern all services provided by Bless Tierra Hardscaping, an Arizona Licensed, Bonded & Insured hardscaping and landscape contractor headquartered in Chandler, Arizona.
By approving an estimate, signing a proposal, or submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms in full.
Bless Tierra Hardscaping proudly serves the entire Phoenix Valley, including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sun Lakes, and surrounding communities.
Bless Tierra Hardscaping
All work is performed in compliance with Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) regulations and applicable state and local building codes.
Bless Tierra Hardscaping provides professional landscape design and outdoor living construction services throughout the Phoenix Valley, including:
Only the services specifically described in the signed written proposal are included in the scope of work. Any additional work must be approved through a written change order.
All estimates are provided in writing and valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Pricing may be adjusted if:
Permit fees and HOA fees are not included unless stated in writing.
A deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials.
Payment schedules will be outlined in the signed contract and may include deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon substantial completion.
Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension and enforcement of lien rights under Arizona law.
Any changes to the original scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties.
Change orders may affect cost, materials, and timeline.
Verbal requests are not binding.

Delays may result from:
Bless Tierra Hardscaping is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Homeowners are responsible for securing HOA approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Permit responsibilities will be specified in the contract.
Delays caused by municipal review or HOA processes are outside the contractor’s control. Redesign requirements may result in additional charges.
Clients must disclose all known site conditions, including:
All utilities must be marked through Arizona 811 prior to excavation.
Bless Tierra Hardscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, undisclosed irrigation lines, or concealed drainage systems.
Unforeseen conditions may require additional work at additional cost.
Certain material characteristics are inherent and not considered defects.
Natural stone and travertine may vary in color, veining, and texture. Concrete pavers may vary in shade and may develop efflorescence. Minor settlement may occur due to expansive Arizona soils.
Artificial grass may retain heat during high-temperature months. Surface temperature differences are inherent material characteristics.
Outdoor kitchens include appliances covered solely by manufacturer warranties. Stainless steel and exterior components are subject to weather exposure.
Landscape lighting systems may experience voltage variations depending on transformer capacity and load distribution.
Drainage improvements reduce water accumulation but cannot eliminate all standing water during heavy rainfall or monsoon events.
Bless Tierra Hardscaping provides a limited workmanship warranty as defined in the signed agreement.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials including artificial turf, pavers, travertine, lighting fixtures, and appliances.
Warranty does not cover:

Bless Tierra Hardscaping shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the total contract value of the work performed.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is confirmed.
Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable.
Cancellation after procurement may result in restocking or handling fees.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, project notifications, and occasional service-related follow-ups. Bless Tierra Hardscaping does not send unsolicited promotional messages without consent.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution prior to legal action.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Mediation may be pursued prior to litigation when appropriate.
All design plans, drawings, and renderings remain the property of Bless Tierra Hardscaping until full payment is received.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable Arizona Registrar of Contractors regulations.
